Santos Immigration obtained a bachelor’s degree, and graduated from law school. Santos Immigration is a member of a State bar and can practice in Maryland. Upon entering private practice, Santos Immigration has focused exclusively on immigration law, and has represented hundreds of immigrants in hearings before the immigration court, at interviews conducted by USCIS as well as on appeal before the Board of Immigration Appeals.

As a first generation immigrant born in the US, Santos Immigration knows firsthand the struggles and sacrifices of immigrants who come to the United States in order to make a better life for themselves and their families. Having grown up in a family of immigrants, Santos Immigration understands language and cultural barriers can make it difficult to navigate the justice system and to exercise your rights.
